Alcolyzer – The new way to measure Alcohol 

Anton Paar has developed a patented NIR method for alcohol determination There are different Alcolyzer models which can be used to measure:

• Wine, cider: "Alcolyzer Wine"
   
• Beer: "Alcolyzer Plus Beer"
   
• Spirits: "Alcolyzer Plus Spirits"

This new measuring method does not require the sample-specific adjustment and calibration procedures needed by traditional NIR-based instruments. Just adjust with distilled water and a water/ethanol mixture.

CarboQC – The new standard for beverage carbonation measurement 

The new CarboQC is a portable, robust measuring instrument for the determination of dissolved CO₂ in beverages. The analysis is based on the patented Multiple Volume Expansion method to eliminate the influence of other dissolved gases such as air or nitrogen. The instrument is highly accurate, simple to operate, requires low sample volumes and provides rapid results.
